Trial for oat cake!
(Only modification to the recipe: used 1/2 cup of wheat flour and 1/2 cup of oat flour to achieve a structure for the cake :->)
Am thinking of pairing it with a vanilla tofu frosting together with mango cubes.. Since the boy loves mangoes. BUT IS IT MANGO SEASON NOW? Oh no.
